 We serve the greatest steaks in North Texas at the Southern Junction. It's your choice: you can grill your own steaks or our resident expert steak chef can do it for you.
 


Our Menu

You be the chef and prepare it over a hickory charcoal pit with your secret recipe and our fully stocked seasonings. For an additional $2.00, the grill will prepare your steak for you. All meals served with a hot baked potato, house salad and Texas toast.

Company Parties - Been a while since you showed your employees how much you appreciate them? There's no time like the present. Bring'em all out for an evening of great food, live music and friendly staff. If the company is picking up the tab, we'll waive the cover charge and provide everyone over 21 with a free 1 year membership. While not valid on concert nights, give us a call  and we'll try our best to make arrangements to suit you.
